Job Description 

A Client Experience Advisor has the privilege of conducting the majority of all client communication and is a client’s tactical advisor outside of scheduled meetings. This role is critical as it drives completion of tasks and timelines amongst the Wealth Management Team and ensures completion of client needs within appropriate timeframes. This role is all about caring for our clients by making sure we see their needs met. 

Roles and Responsibilities 

  • Conduct client communication outside of meetings
  • Set timelines and due dates for actionable items for clients
  • Create cases for client tasks
  • Follow up with the wealth management team on cases and tasks for client to ensure completion and attention to due dates
  • Manage client website support
  • Advise clients in regards to their plan outside of meeting with their advisor
  • Maintain up-to-date education on planning topics


Characteristics of an ideal applicant

  • Previous financial advising experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Creative thinking and problem solving proficiency
  • Ability to focus, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability and willingness to learn new things
  • Tech savvy and able to pick up new systems quickly (Experience with MacOS preferred)
