Job Description

Great Waters Financial is seeking to hire an Office Manager, at our Minnetonka location, who will be responsible for creating and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment in our office. They will work closely with our in office team and serve as a liaison between our other locations.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Answer general phone inquiries using a professional and courteous manner
  • Greet suppliers/visitors to the organization in a professional and friendly
    manner
  • Sort incoming mail, faxes, and courier deliveries for distribution
  • Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mail, and courier parcels
  • Forward e-mails and voicemails to the appropriate staff member
  • Purchase, receive and store the office supplies ensuring that basic supplies are
    always available
  • Assist operations team in accounting and bookkeeping duties
  • Working with team members across departments to meet project deadlines
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to management and other staff
  • Calendar management and coordination for multiple team members
  • Make travel arrangements for team members and plan team building events
  • Office and phone coverage for fellow office managers in Twin Cities
