That thought hasn't left us us alone since 2012. We kept running into the same problem: people who'd done everything right financially, they had saved diligently, invested wisely, built solid portfolios, but still felt unsettled or lost.

They'd sit across from us with spreadsheets and statements, and we'd see it in their eyes.  What's this all for? How do I actually use this? Will it last?

And honestly, the industry wasn't helping. It was too busy talking at people with jargon they didn't understand, giving conflicting advice and here's the kicker, quietly incentivizing people to keep their money locked away. Because let's be real: the more you keep in your accounts, the better it is for most firms.

In a field filled with conflicts of interest, we wanted to help people win financially, while sleeping well at night. Simple as that.

So we started building something different. Not just another financial firm, but a different approach entirely. And somewhere along the way, we found our mission: to help people use their money to live a life that actually matters to them.
