As the Duluth Office Manager, Sara leads with warmth and attention to detail when greeting guests, managing communication, and ensuring everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. From paperwork and prep to the finishing touches that elevate each client’s visit. She is at the heart of the guest experience bringing over seven years of customer service experience to her role as Office Manager at Great Waters Financial’s Duluth branch.
Originally from South Elgin, Illinois, Sara made her way north and found her home in Duluth, joining Great Waters in 2025 to combine her love for service, connection, and community in one meaningful role.
Outside the office, Sara breathes creativity. She’s a passionate ceramic artist who still throws on the wheel nearly every day. When she’s not in the studio, you’ll find her hiking with her dog, reading a good book, or spending time with friends and family. She is always making the most of life, both inside and outside of work.


Justin Arfsten is a Senior Relationship Manager Advisor at Great Waters Financial, where he helps clients align their financial plans with their goals and values. With over a decade of experience in the financial industry, Justin brings both technical expertise but also humor and ease to every conversation. He loves connecting with clients, ideating new strategies, and creating plans that move them closer to the life they want to live.
Outside of work, Justin finds his greatest joy in family, especially in his role as grandpa. Whether he's spending quality time with his grandchildren, gathering with extended family, or simply being present for the everyday moments, Justin understands that life's true wealth is measured in the relationships we nurture and the memories we create together.


As Chief of Staff at Great Waters Financial, Maya works to bring the firm’s vision to life by aligning strategy, people, and execution across every department. Sitting at the intersection of big-picture planning and day-to-day operations, she helps turn ideas into action and ensures the right things are moving forward together.
Maya joined Great Waters in 2015 after beginning a career in healthcare and later transitioning into business administration. Since then, she has served in a variety of roles across the organization, gaining a broad understanding of how every part of the business connects. In 2023, she stepped into the role of Chief of Staff, combining strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to leadership.
Whether it’s diving into a board game, hitting the pickleball court, or scrapbooking memories, for Maya, Live Greatly® means finding joy in the small things, leaving everything better than it was found, and adding just the right amount of zest along the way.


Alex is an Onboarding Advisor at Great Waters Financial, where he helps prospective clients get a clear view of what it means to plan holistically and begin their journey to Living Greatly®. Whether he's walking someone through our process or answering their first big questions, Alex brings energy, clarity, and a people-first mindset to every conversation.
A University of Minnesota graduate with a degree in Economics, Alex has always had an interest in finance. But through various roles and especially his time coaching high school football, he discovered that his true passion lies in helping people reach their potential. At Great Waters, he now does that every day, combining financial strategy with personal connection to make a lasting impact.
Outside of work, Alex is all about sports, connection, and staying active. He’s a lifelong fan of Minnesota teams, a former high school football coach, and a regular on the golf course or pickleball court. Whether he's cheering in the stands or spending time with friends and family, he’s always living life to the fullest.


Nicole Cherry is an Portfolio Administrator at Great Waters Financial, where she helps new clients begin their planning journey and supports current clients through account transfers. With over two decades of communication experience, Nicole ensures every client feels informed, supported, and confident as they move through the process. She brings clarity, care, and a bit of fun to every interaction, helping clients feel at ease from start to finish.
Before joining Great Waters, Nicole spent more than 20 years as an American Sign Language interpreter. That experience shaped her ability to communicate clearly and connect deeply with others. She enjoys guiding clients through each step, keeping things organized and upbeat while making sure no question goes unanswered.
Outside the office, Nicole loves good conversation, learning what makes people tick, and taking daily walks to reset and reflect. A believer in finding joy in simple moments, she never turns down a good laugh or a chance to brighten someone’s day. Craig is passionate about building systems that work efficiently, and with intention. With a background in finance from Colorado State University and early experience at a small RIA, Craig discovered a love for operations and a drive to make a real impact in people’s lives. He joined Great Waters Financial straight out of school, bringing that same focus into every process he touches.
At Great Waters, Craig plays a key role in making sure day-to-day operations run smoothly so clients and teammates alike experience clarity, not complexity. He thrives on solving problems, learning new things, and collaborating with a team that values growth and excellence.
When he’s not fine-tuning a workflow, you’ll likely find Craig fishing, cheering on his favorite teams, or tending to his garden. Most of all, he makes the most of every day by spending time with friends and family.


Drew is a Medicare Specialist at Great Waters Financial, where he helps clients navigate one of retirement’s most complex and critical decisions: healthcare coverage. With certifications in AHIP and Life, Health, and Accident Insurance, Drew brings clarity, empathy, and data-driven insight to the Medicare process, making it as seamless and stress-free as possible for the people he serves.
What drives Drew is simple: meeting people where they are and leaving them better than he found them. Drew’s path into healthcare began as a Pharmacy Technician with Fairview Health Services. He soon transitioned to UnitedHealth Group as a Medicare agent, where he quickly found his stride. Life led him to Great Waters Financial, where he found a mission-driven team and a meaningful way to serve others.
Outside of work, Drew is a passionate sports fan who’s always game for a good conversation. He also loves getting outdoors to experience everything Minnesota has to offer. His motto? "Work hard, play hard and make a difference along the way."


Alexander Eisch is a Planning Advisor at Great Waters Financial, where he helps clients make the most of their money through thoughtful, holistic planning. He specializes in tax, estate, investment, insurance, and annuity strategies, working to create financial plans that align with each client’s goals and dreams. A member of the firm’s Investment Committee, Alexander approaches every plan with precision, purpose, and care.
Before joining Great Waters, Alexander earned his licensure from Prudential Financial and gained experience in investments and asset management at Wells Fargo. His early work in trading and asset allocation gave him a unique perspective on how to manage risk and opportunity. Over time, he discovered his passion for connecting the numbers to the people behind them, helping clients use their wealth as a tool to live meaningfully.

Courtney Eisenbraun is a Client Experience Advisor at Great Waters Financial, where she helps clients navigate questions, requests, and next steps between meetings. Known for her compassion and attention to detail, Courtney brings calm and clarity to complex financial processes, ensuring every client feels supported and cared for along the way.
Before joining Great Waters, Courtney managed a dermatology clinic in Edina while earning her bachelor’s degree. That experience revealed her passion for finance and her desire to pair it with helping others. She later transitioned into the financial industry, gaining experience at Thrivent and Wealth Progression Group in St. Louis Park before finding her home at Great Waters. Her background in both healthcare and finance shaped her understanding of service, teamwork, and the lasting impact of meaningful relationships.
Outside the office, Courtney enjoys her family, community, and self-care. She volunteers regularly at her church, her child’s school, and Feed My Starving Children, and she finds joy in helping others feel seen and supported. Cameron serves as an Estate Planning Specialist at Great Waters Financial, where he helps families protect what matters most and plan confidently for the future. With a deep respect for legacy, Cameron sees estate planning as more than paperwork: it’s about listening to stories, honoring values, and securing peace of mind for generations to come.
At Great Waters, Cameron started in Account Administration, learning the heart and uniqueness of the firm from the inside out. That experience laid the foundation for the role he holds today, walking directly alongside families in some of life’s most meaningful conversations. What drives him most? Andy is the Brand & Marketing Manager at Great Waters Financial, where he ensures the brand shows up consistently and connects meaningfully. With nearly 15 years of experience across agency and in-house roles, Andy brings a blend of creative insight and strategic clarity to everything from big-picture campaigns to the fine details that shape everyday impressions. Before joining Great Waters, Andy helped build brands for organizations around the world.
What drew him here was the opportunity to focus deeply on one mission, one story, and help share it with the people it’s meant to serve. Nick Foulks is an experienced financial Advisor, Certified iPEC Life Coach, professional speaker, and published author who brings clarity, conviction, and care to every conversation. Known for his down-to-earth approach and compelling delivery, Nick has a unique ability to turn insight into action. Whether he’s on stage or meeting one-on-one, he inspires with stories, equips with strategy, and encourages people to move forward with purpose. His work isn’t just motivational. It’s transformational. Nick joined Great Waters to help close the gap between financial freedom and meaningful direction. Doug Goodmundson is a Medicare Specialist at Great Waters Financial, where he helps clients enroll in and review their Medicare benefits with clarity and confidence. With Series 65, Life, and Health licenses, Doug specializes in simplifying complex topics so clients can make informed choices and feel secure in their healthcare decisions.
Doug’s path into Medicare planning began after years of experience in financial planning, where he focused on helping people navigate retirement with peace of mind. His college thesis, “Solvency of Medicare,” sparked a lasting interest in how policy and planning intersect to impact everyday lives. When the opportunity opened to join the Medicare team at Great Waters, Doug knew it was the right fit.

A passionate traveler, he has explored destinations around the world and loves swapping stories with clients about their favorite places and experiences. Alaina Haasl is a Client Experience Support Associate at Great Waters Financial, where she helps ensure every client interaction is smooth, informed, and handled with care. She supports the Client Experience team with requests, paperwork, and communication, bringing both organization and warmth to her work each day.
After graduating college in May 2024, Alaina began her career as an Office Manager at Great Waters before transitioning to the Client Experience team in early 2025. She discovered her love for administrative and relational work while serving as an office assistant at her college, where she supported students with disabilities. That experience shaped her belief that thoughtful support and attention to detail can make a meaningful difference.
Outside the office, Alaina has recently taken up rock climbing and enjoys spending time at her local bouldering gym after work. When she’s not climbing, she loves to read and spend time with friends. Justin, as Director of Innovation & Impact at Great Waters Financial, is dedicated to enhancing client service through the research, vetting, and development of new initiatives. Justin co-founded Great Waters Financial in 2012 driven by a singular goal to help clients Live Greatly® through thoughtful, forward-thinking solutions. An inherent entrepreneur, he is passionate about creating solutions that improve lives. At Great Waters, his focus is on integrating meaningful innovation across the company, ensuring every new idea aligns with the firm’s mission and directly benefits its clients.
Outside of his professional life, Justin embraces the concept of living greatly alongside his six children, often spending time on the golf course or exploring the world through travel. For Justin, purpose and joy go hand in hand, and both are best experienced alongside the people who matter most.


Taylor Hegna is the Planning and RIA Lead at Great Waters Financial, where he leads the team that builds and maintains clients’ financial plans. He also oversees the firm’s compliance program, ensuring every plan reflects the highest standards of accuracy and care. Taylor brings clarity and structure to complex financial details so clients can move forward with confidence.
He began his career at Great Waters in 2017 as a Planning Advisor after graduating from the University of Wisconsin–Madison with degrees in Personal Finance and Economics. Since then, he has led both the Planning and Compliance departments, helping refine processes and enhance the client experience across the firm. What drives him most is working with a talented team to deliver advice that is thoughtful, practical, and built to last.
Outside the office, Taylor loves spending time with his significant other, Brooke, and their dogs. He enjoys golf, travel, and making the most of Minnesota’s changing seasons. A lifelong baseball fan, he’s also on a mission to visit all 30 Major League Baseball stadiums. Matt is an Advisor at Great Waters Financial, where he brings clarity, relatability, and a healthy dose of humor to every client interaction. Before stepping into the financial world, Matt spent 10 years as a K–6 teacher, shaping young minds while quietly nurturing a deep interest in personal finance. Before joining Great Waters, Imara worked at Life Time for more than five years, where she developed her passion for serving people and creating meaningful connections. She entered the financial industry during COVID and spent time at Allianz as an Internal Wholesaler for Fixed Indexed Annuities before running her own business at Equitable Advisors. After exploring several firms, she found her home at Great Waters, drawn to its mission and values.

Devon joined Great Waters in 2018 after connecting with Justin Halverson through his time coaching golf at the high school and college levels. He began his career on the Client Servicing team, later transitioned to a Client Experience Advisor role, and now serves as a Planning Advisor. His passion for financial education grew from recognizing how little guidance many people receive about personal finances and wanting to make that knowledge accessible to more families.

Chris Kaufman is an Onboarding Advisor at Great Waters Financial, where he introduces people to the firm and helps them begin their journey toward Living Greatly®. Sarah is a Client Operations Manager at Great Waters Financial, where she oversees the team responsible for handling client account requests with care, accuracy, and efficiency. Marian serves as an Account Administration Associate at Great Waters Financial, where she brings precision, care, and a client-first mindset to every detail of the operations process. Specializing in records management, document preparation, transaction processing, and account maintenance, Marian plays a key role in creating a seamless and positive experience for both clients and advisors.
After earning her B.S. in Business Management with a minor in Marketing from Grand Canyon University in 2021, Marian began her career with a marketing internship in Minneapolis. She explored various administrative roles before she found her home at Great Waters. Marian finds joy in the behind-the-scenes work that allows clients to move forward with ease and confidence.
Outside the office, Marian brings that same care and intentionality to coaching youth soccer in Eden Prairie. As a former player, she now pours into the next generation, teaching not just the game, but life lessons along the way. Elijah serves as an Advisor and Director of Client Onboarding at Great Waters Financial. He leads the team responsible for welcoming new clients and helping them determine how our planning philosophy aligns with their goals. Through values-based conversations, clear education, and coordinated execution, Elijah provides a calm, step-by-step experience that turns uncertainty into clarity. What excites Elijah most is being part of a mission-driven team that empowers people to grow, have meaningful conversations, and create lasting impact for both clients and team members alike.
Elijah began his career in personal finance as a mortgage broker in 2003, eventually co-owning a firm. After witnessing the impact of the Great Recession, he pivoted into retirement planning, helping clients navigate volatility and build reliable income strategies. In 2012, he co-founded Great Waters Financial to bring a holistic, conflict-free approach to those in or nearing retirement. With designations including RICP, CPC, and ELI-MP (life coaching), Elijah combines financial expertise with a coaching mindset.
Outside of work, Elijah lives greatly by creating experiences that challenge, connect, and inspire. Whether he's hiking or snowboarding out West, riding bikes with his sons, going on dates with his wife and daughters, or gathering the whole family for a shared meal, Elijah believes the best lessons are learned through adventure and shared with the people we love.


Joshua Legband is a Senior Relationship Manager Advisor at Great Waters Financial, where he helps clients align their financial plans with their goals and values. Timothy supports clients with personalized strategies that provide clarity and confidence in retirement as a Planning Advisor at Great Waters Financial. A graduate of the University of Arizona with a B.S. in Personal and Family Financial Planning, Timothy began his journey at Great Waters as a Wealth Management Intern in 2022. Since then, he has taken on increasing responsibilities within the planning team.
Timothy is known for his thoughtful approach to planning, bringing structure and strategy to complex decisions, so clients can focus more on life and less on money. For him, the most rewarding part of the work is seeing the real-life impact it makes on the people he serves.

Alex Meehan is the Branch Manager and an Advisor at Great Waters Financial’s Duluth office, where he leads the team serving clients across the Northland. With a people-first approach, Alex helps individuals and families reach their financial goals while Living Greatly®. He’s known for building lasting relationships and guiding clients through every stage of their financial journey with clarity, care, and confidence.
Alex discovered his passion for financial planning early in college and has spent his entire career in the industry, much of it in the Twin Ports area. After starting in Minneapolis, he returned home to Duluth to raise his family and join Great Waters... a decision he’s never looked back on. He’s driven by the real impact financial planning can make and the privilege of walking through life with the clients he serves.
Outside the office, Alex loves spending time with his family and enjoying the outdoors. He’s an avid golfer, bird hunter, and ice fisherman who also takes pride in lawn care and cooking. Known for his positivity and joyful outlook, Alex strives to be a strong role model for his daughters and to bring encouragement and happiness to those around him.


Daniel Molenaar is an advisor at Great Waters Financial, where he helps clients align their finances with their goals and values. With nearly a decade of experience in the financial services industry, including seven at Great Waters, Daniel combines technical expertise with genuine care. He provides guidance through both expected and unexpected life transitions, helping clients find peace and confidence in how they use their money to Live Greatly®.
Outside the office, Daniel pursues faith, service, and adventure. He serves as an Assistant Coach for the Eden Prairie Boys Hockey Varsity Team, mentoring the next generation through the sport he loves. A passionate traveler, Daniel has explored countries including Iceland, Israel, Jordan, South Africa, and the UAE. Hailee Nadem is an Office Manager at Great Waters Financial, where she creates a warm, welcoming environment for everyone who walks through the door. From scheduling and client communication to organizing office operations, Hailee brings connection, hospitality, and joy into every interaction. Before joining Great Waters, Hailee spent over a decade in retail management with Evereve, where she developed a deep love for service, leadership, and authentic connection. Mike serves as Founding Partner and CEO of Great Waters Financial. "If someone has a plan and understands it fully, then what would that free them to do?" This question drives everything Mike does, helping clients gain the confidence and clarity to pursue what matters most in their lives. Mike co-founded Great Waters Financial in 2012 alongside his partners, bringing together decades of financial services experience with a commitment to holistic, conflict-free planning.

Nick Podkopacz is a Staff Accountant at Great Waters Financial, where he brings clarity, precision, and a people-first mindset to the firm’s financial operations. From reconciling accounts and monitoring budgets to supporting compliance and reporting, Nick helps ensure every process runs smoothly so the team can focus on serving clients well.
Before joining Great Waters in 2021, Nick worked in Alternative Investments at RBC Wealth Management. His experience bridges investment services and internal accounting, grounded in a commitment to accuracy, support, and impact. Energized by the behind-the-scenes work that keeps things running seamlessly, he takes pride in knowing his role helps clients live their best lives.
Outside the office, Nick has a lifelong fascination with aviation, enjoys golfing and hiking Minnesota’s trails, and loves escaping to the cabin whenever possible. A loyal (and emotionally resilient) Vikings fan, he finds joy in the highs, humor in the heartbreaks, and meaning in the moments between.


Lindsey is the Project Manager for the Innovation & Impact team at Great Waters Financial, where she brings structure, clarity, and follow-through to complex initiatives. She also leads the firm’s specialist team, supporting Medicare, estate planning, and tax preparation services that round out the holistic client experience. Lindsey began her journey at Great Waters as an intern and has since grown through several roles across marketing and operations.
From Digital Marketing Associate to Digital Operations Manager and now Project Manager, she’s gained a deep understanding of how ideas move from concept to execution, and how to guide teams through the layers in between. What drives her most is bringing multi-layered projects to life, solving puzzles, building momentum, and seeing the pieces finally click into place.
Outside of work, Lindsey lives greatly with her husband and three young kiddos. You’ll often find them out on a walk, exploring nature trails, or spending unhurried time with extended family along Minnesota’s North Shore or under the Florida sun. Whether it’s a quiet evening at home or a weekend getaway, Lindsey values being present, creating memories, and building a life filled with connection and joy.


Matthew is the Director of Operations at Great Waters Financial, where he focuses on supporting the internal teams that help clients Live Greatly®. With his background as a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor℠ (CRPC®), Matthew brings both technical expertise and a deep understanding of the client journey to his leadership role. He began his career as a financial advisor, eventually transitioning into management before joining Great Waters in 2017.
Early in his career, Matthew witnessed firsthand the power of financial planning to ease stress and restore confidence. Matthew is passionate about turning money into a tool for meaning, not just a goal to chase. By building systems that help clients align their financial plans with their values, he supports a broader mission: helping people reduce stress, gain clarity, and live with intention.
Outside the office, Matthew lives with his wife Kasey and their three children: boy-girl twins born in 2022 and a daughter welcomed in 2025. He’s a lifelong Minnesota Vikings fan who embraces the optimism of every fall, enjoys the simplicity of a round of golf, and takes pride in caring for his yard and garden. Whether it’s a family trip near the water or an annual fishing getaway with friends at Lake of the Woods, Matthew finds joy in the moments that matter most.


As the Event Coordinator at Great Waters Financial, Zoey brings energy, creativity, and precision to every gathering, whether it's a summer BBQ, a Live Greatly® workshop, or an educational seminar, introducing new audiences to Great Waters. From logistics to strategy, Zoey ensures each event delivers a meaningful experience that reflects the heart of what Great Waters stands for.
A graduate of Minnesota State University, Mankato, Zoey began her journey at Great Waters as an Office Manager in Vadnais Heights before transitioning to the Downtown Minneapolis office, where she also led employee events. Her natural eye for planning, paired with a growing knowledge of the firm’s marketing approach, led her to join the Marketing team full-time, focusing on events that build connections and create impact.
Outside the office, Zoey enjoys everyday moments with her husband and daughter, Everly. Whether it’s golfing together in the summer or building snowmen in the winter, she finds joy in shared adventures, big and small. And if you ever need a great book, movie, or show recommendation, Zoey is also the go-to pop culture guru of the office.


Isiah is the Systems & Technology Manager at Great Waters Financial, where he brings curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving to the team. From troubleshooting tech issues to managing core software systems, Isiah ensures the tools behind the scenes work as smoothly as the teams out front.
After earning his certification in Full-Stack Software Engineering in 2022, Isiah joined Great Waters and quickly became a go-to resource for all things tech. Known for his calm approach and out-of-the-box thinking, he thrives on making life easier for others and building systems that work better, faster, and smarter. Helping people is what drives him most, and technology just happens to be his favorite tool for doing it.
Off the clock, you’ll find Isiah shooting hoops or cheering on his hometown Timberwolves. He also enjoys spending time with his partner Lex and their three cats.


Stacia brings energy, heart, and a deep commitment to people in her role at Great Waters Financial. As part of the People & Culture team, Stacia wears many hats leading everything from hiring and onboarding to employee engagement, benefits, and cross-functional collaboration. She’s passionate about creating a workplace where people feel valued, supported, and excited to show up every day.
With a background in the service and retail industries, including time as a store leader and district trainer, Stacia has always been drawn to strong cultures and meaningful connection. She joined Great Waters in 2024 and immediately felt at home. She feels aligned with the mission and environment that reflect her personal values: service, fun, and excellence.
Outside of work, Stacia lives life fully. You’ll find her touring local breweries, golfing, fishing, cheering through football season, or baking sourdough for friends. A passionate traveler and lifelong learner, she’s always chasing new places, flavors, and stories—her favorite so far being Spain!


Ethan is an Senior Client Operations Associate at Great Waters Financial, where he brings care, precision, and efficiency to every step of the client experience. From processing day-to-day requests to streamlining back-end operations, Ethan plays a key role in making sure clients feel confident and supported as they move toward their Live Greatly®.
With a background in psychology and a history of leadership roles, Ethan’s career has always centered around helping others thrive. He joined Great Waters during his final semester of college and quickly found his place blending his natural problem-solving skills with a deep desire to serve people well. He holds a Series 65 license as well as a Minnesota Resident Life & Health License.
Outside the office, Ethan enjoys building (literally). He’s currently finishing his own basement from the ground up, fueled by determination, hard work, and a lot of YouTube tutorials. More than anything, he values time with his wife and two children, especially outdoors or surrounded by family and friends. Michael Swanson is a Planning Advisor at Great Waters Financial, where he helps clients build and maintain comprehensive financial plans tailored to their goals. His work spans everything from tax and income planning to investment management, long-term care, and estate strategies. Detail-oriented and process-driven, Michael takes pride in helping clients feel confident and organized as they plan for life’s next chapter.
After earning his bachelor’s degree in Finance, Michael joined Great Waters as a Wealth Management Intern in 2022. He quickly advanced through several roles, from Account Administration to Portfolio Administration, before stepping into his current position as a Planning Advisor in 2024. His background in the fast-paced world of food service taught him the value of hard work, teamwork, and genuine connection... a foundation that continues to shape his approach today.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys playing basketball with friends, maintaining a consistent fitness routine, and tackling his never-ending to-do lists with enthusiasm. Joe serves as a Relationship Manager at Great Waters Financial, where he meets clients right where they are. With a natural gift for teaching, Joe brings clarity, perspective, and encouragement to every conversation.
After exploring a career in education, he stepped into the advisory world in 2020 and found his home at Great Waters the following year. While the setting changed, the calling remained the same: to educate, inspire, and equip people to live with purpose. What fuels him most? Outside of work, Joe lives a life full of music, movement, and discovery. With a degree in Vocal Performance, music remains a lifelong joy. A devoted soccer fan, Joe continues to stay close to the game, whether playing, watching, or cheering on Minnesota United. He and his wife love to travel, exploring everything from their home state of Minnesota to far-off places like Liberia and Tanzania. For Joe, life is all about meaningful experiences and helping others create their own.

Before joining Great Waters Financial, Kerri worked at two financial planning firms and later dedicated time to raising her daughters while actively volunteering in her community. Her return to the financial world brings a balance of experience, care, and attentiveness that fits seamlessly into our team approach.
Outside the office, Kerri enjoys reading, digital scrapbooking, experimenting with new recipes, and spending quality time with her kids. Her family budgets intentionally for travel, frequently camping along the North Shore of Minnesota and visiting national parks (five and counting). For Kerri, planning isn’t just her profession, it’s how she lives.


Andy is the Director of Finance at Great Waters Financial, where he brings strategy, clarity, and purpose to the numbers behind the mission. With an MBA and a background in cost accounting and financial planning, Andy focuses on using data to support smarter decisions, stronger systems, and a better client experience, both now and into the future.
Before joining Great Waters, Andy spent much of his career in manufacturing and biotherapeutics, working in roles spanning product costing, controlling, and financial analysis. His passion lies in translating complex data into meaningful insights. Andy plays a critical role in aligning resources to deliver next-level service while designing processes that support joyful, purposeful retirements.
Outside of work, Andy loves spending time with his wife and their four sons. He’s a lifelong athlete who now channels his competitive spirit into pickleball, disc golf, basketball, and board games.
