The Client and Account Administrator provides a high level of service to our clients by preparing necessary forms and paperwork for account opening and maintenance, processing money movement requests, and providing ad hoc support for various projects and issues as needed. The Client and Account Administrator actively participates in the continuous improvement of Great Waters’ processes, and ensures timely and accurate execution of client requests.

Responsibilities:
- Field and execute service requests for clients
- Prepare required paperwork and facilitate client account opening and maintenance
- Process distribution requests, cash management transactions, and manage the transfers of assets
- Work with external companies to process client requests as needed
- Relay key information to other internal teams in a clear and concise manner
- Abide by Great Waters’ standardized processes, with a focus on increasing efficiencies and accuracy, and leveraging technology to streamline or automate manual processes
- Proactively document, develop, and improve standard templates, policies, procedures, and materials
- Maintain required logs and supporting documentation for compliance-related purposes
- Master software systems such as Salesforce CRM, custodian and insurance company systems, and other software used internally
- Create, manage, and complete tasks within Salesforce CRM surrounding client money movement and client account maintenance
- Escalate issues and requests to appropriate personnel when necessary
- Effectively communicate with clients and prospects regarding their accounts
Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent analytical skills and high level of detail orientation
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
